Precision machining capacity
- Turning: 5x lathes, capacity: 5 metres between centres x 1 metre diameter.
- Milling: 3x mills, capacity: 2.8 metres x 1.6 metre vertical travel (Heidenhain control). Automatic tool change and auto-indexing head.
- Horizontal boring: 2x Kearns borers, capacity: 1.6m2 table with universal milling attachment.
- Slotting: 12-inch stroke for internal keyways or splines.
- Lifting: craneage for parts up to 7.5 tonnes and 5 tonnes respectively, plus forklift capacity for 2.5 tonnes.
